David joined Basingstoke in Novemeber 2014 as First Team Goalkeeping coach whilst also being registered as a player to provide goalkeeping cover. He previously played for clubs including Fleet Town and Met Police.He was released when Terry Brown took over management of the club in March 2016 without making a first team appearance.
