Glen joined the club midway through the 1999/2000 season from Eastleigh. Although primarily a reserve team player at first, he made a handful of first team appearances.The following season saw Glen establish himself in the first team and he made almost fourty appearances, bagging four goals.Glen was a first team regular for the next two seasons, with only an injury keeping him out for part of the 2001/02 season.He left the club in May 2003 and joined Newport (IoW) after making over one-hundered first team appearances in the blue and gold.
