Player Profile

Central defender Ross joined Basingstoke in May 2010 from Chippenham Town, for whom he was captain. He had also previously featured for Hednesford Town and Eastwood Town.In his first year at The Camrose, Ross made 40 appearances and received the Players Player of the Year award. He was named as captain for the 2011/12 season but suffered a broken leg away at Dorchester in September. He enjoyed a loan spell at Swindon Supermarine in March to assist with his return to fitness.However, the remained of his time at Basingstoke was plagued by a series of injuries and Ross struggled to regain a regular place in the side. He spent part of 2013/14 on loan with former club Chippenham and was released at the end of the season, when he joined Swindon Supermarine permanently.
