Bio

Ben Parkinson joined Basingstoke Town in 2026 after spending the previous season with Hampton & Richmond Borough. Still only 19, Parkinson had already gained valuable senior experience with Kingstonian, where he came through the Under-18s and made his first-team debut in March 2024. He went on to make 31 appearances for the club before moving up to the National League South with Hampton.

A defender who can also play in midfield, Parkinson has now taken the next step in his development with Town. He made his Basingstoke debut at the start of the 2026/27 season, beginning his first campaign with the club after progressing through the non-league game at a young age.
