Player Bio
Jonah joined Basingstoke at the end of the 2007/08 season after his release from Southampton. Initially in the reserves, Ian was first included in the first team squad in the FA Cup against Hamworthy United in September 08. A former Wales Schoolboy International, he made his first team debut in the Hampshire Cup away at Hamble.From that point, Jonah was included in the first team squad more regularly, initially as injury cover and eventually on merit due to his performances. His wide range of passing helped him on his way to just over ten first team appearances.The 2009/10 season saw Jonah as a constant fixture in the first team, but often on the bench. He joined AFC Totton on dual-reg terms in his search for first team football.
